itarle AG (itarle), the independent multi asset algorithmic trading and analytics services provider for the sellside, announced today that it has become a member of the International Commodities & Derivatives Association (ICDA). “Joining ICDA is part of our continuing strategy to engage with a wider internationally diverse audience.” - Dr. Paul Lynch, itarle CEO

itarle provides algorithmic trading, smart order routing and transaction cost analysis services to sellside firms executing transactions on global equity and futures exchanges. The unique itarle service enables clients to trade using their own exchange memberships and existing connectivity channels.

Paul Lynch, CEO of itarle commented, “Joining ICDA is part of our continuing strategy to engage with a wider internationally diverse audience.” He added, “We are excited by the changes that ICDA are making to their membership profile, including bringing commodities back into the fold. With Itarle’s algorithms covering the full spectrum of commodity derivative contracts, we look forward to interacting with the ICDA membership base, contributing to industry dialogue as well as allowing us to react and shape our solutions and to better strengthen our position as a leader in our market.“

So whereas ADRs might make sense in some specific circumstances, in many others they would not.

Dan Day-Robinson, Executive Director ICDA, stated, “ICDA is expanding its membership to include firms with innovative products and solutions for the commodities and derivatives markets.
